Winter has arrived early here in Melbourne! Despite the cold outside, Art Weaver Studio is warm, snug and inviting.
Saori weaving is great for creating your own cloth to turn into winter garments or accessories. Wools of many colours, textures and weights are here to use in your weaving. There are 6 Saori looms, warped up and ready to go!
Organic cotton & natural yarns are also now available at Art Weaver Studio. These exquisitely soft and naturally coloured cottons are distributed in Australia by Wool & Cotton Road. Together with super fine Qoperfina (48% baby alpaca/50% organic Pima cotton/2% natural copper fibre), you can choose to weave your entire cloth from certified fair trade, pesticide & herbicide free natural fibres. They knit up beautifully too!
